Job summary
Mayo Career Site US is seeking a Nursing Education Specialist (NES) to collaborate in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating educational activities for Nursing staff, including orientation, continuing education and competency programs.
The NES will act as a learning facilitator and mentor, driving leadership and scientific inquiry while supporting transitions in clinical practice. This role is eligible for TN sponsorship.

The Nursing Education Specialist (NES) works collaboratively to assess, plan, implement and evaluate educational activities through a systems model for Department of Nursing staff including orientation, continuing education, and competency programs. Roles of the NES include learning facilitator, change agent, mentor, leader, champion for scientific inquiry, advocate for Nursing Professional Development specialty and partner for practice transitions.
This role is eligible for TN sponsorship.
