Qualifikationen

• Master’s or doctoral degree in nursing or an associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a master’s/doctoral degree in healthcare/education related field.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing education is preferred.
• Transplant experience strongly preferred.
• Willing to commit to degree completion within six months from application date.

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate educational activities for Department of Nursing staff including orientation, continuing education, and competency programs.
• Work as learning facilitator, change agent, mentor, leader and advocate for Nursing Professional Development.
• Partner for practice transitions and promote nursing education initiatives.
