Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) required.
• Minimum of five years’ leadership experience with strength in research and teaching.
• Credentials to be appointed at Associate or Full Professor with tenure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advocate for nursing education and research on campus.
• Oversee academic, budget, personnel and space planning activities.
• Coordinate annual reviews and tenure & promotion processes; ensure accreditation readiness.
• Foster industry and alumni partnerships to enhance teaching, research and outreach.
