Job summary

Capital Health seeks an experienced nursing educator to join its accredited program, assisting the Dean with curriculum development, faculty guidance, and student assessment.

The role requires a Master’s in Nursing and two years of nursing education experience, with ACLS/NRP/PALS credentials or obtainable within six months. Experience with instructional technology is highly valued for teaching across courses.

Qualifications

• Master's of Science in Nursing or higher required.
• Two years of nursing education experience.
• ACLS, NRP, and PALS credentials or must obtain within 6 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a member of committees and assists the Dean with course coordination and curriculum planning.
• Organizes and monitors administrative, financial, and operational documents and reports.
• Supports data collection for accreditation and program evaluation and improves teaching effectiveness.
