The ideal candidate holds an MSN from an NLN/CCNE-accredited institution, has at least two years of clinical nursing experience, a Florida nursing license, and recent teaching experience, with strong technology skills.

Qualifications

• MSN degree from NLN or CCNE-accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in clinical nursing practice or an acute care setting.
• Active, unencumbered FL Nursing License.
• Classroom and clinical teaching experience in nursing program within last five years.
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director, Nursing Services to identify, contract with, monitor, and evaluate all clinical adjunct faculty.
• Visit clinical sites and nurse educators to support student learning experiences.
• Coordinate orientation and training for clinical faculty regarding site and nursing coursework.
• Mentor new adjunct faculty in clinical teaching activities and evaluation processes.
• Ensure timely completion and compilation of faculty and student evaluations.
