The role requires 5+ years in nursing practice, a doctoral or master’s degree in nursing, at least 2 years of teaching, leadership experience, and Texas RN licensure; NLN-CNE preferred. You will oversee recruitment, professional development, and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Doc degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• Master’s degree in nursing required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing practice with leadership in education.
• At least 2 years teaching in a professional nursing program.
• Texas RN license or privilege to practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ABSN site operations to ensure outcomes.
• Lead and evaluate site operations for efficiency.
• Supervise and coach faculty and staff.
• Develop scheduling strategies for academic events.
• Monitor performance and report progress to stakeholders.
