Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for all academic nursing programs and program development.
• Teaches in classroom and clinical settings and participates in curriculum development.
• Engages in advising, curriculum revisions, and textbook selection.
• Participates in accreditation reviews, program evaluations, and policy updates.
• Allocates office hours, supports student success, and serves on committees as assigned.
