• Implements and facilitates programs to meet identified learning needs for staff, patients, and others.
• Evaluates and documents effectiveness of offerings; monitors competencies and analyzes costs to optimize resources.
• Provides leadership as a resource in areas of expertise and assesses clinical competence for new procedures/equipment.
• Develops communications and audiovisual materials to support education.
• Markets programs internally and externally to drive participation.
• Maintains professional affiliations to stay current with developments.
