The position includes curriculum development, performance improvement initiatives, and acting manager responsibilities as needed, with a focus on education, coaching, and leadership in nursing administration.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• BSN or education degree preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and ongoing education for nursing staff.
• Develop and deliver engaging educational programs and clinical training.
• Assess learning needs and support competency validation processes.
• Participate in curriculum development and evidence-based education initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff to promote growth and staff engagement.
• Serve as a clinical resource and coach across nursing departments.
