Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Two years of clinical nursing experience in acute care.
- Two years of teaching/clinical coordination experience in nursing.
- Instructional experience in nursing.
- Current Florida RN or APRN license.
- Knowledge of nursing practice and scope of care.
- Proficiency with technology for classroom and clinical instruction.
- Familiarity with distance education modalities and MS Office.
- Current/active CPR certification.
- Credentialing requirements per IRSC policy.
- Weekend and evening availability may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide classroom, lab, and clinical instruction and supervision for nursing students.
- Serve as a professional nurse role model and liaison with health care agencies.
- Participate in course delivery and evaluation; support student credentialing and employment.
- Assist in recruitment and retention efforts for nursing students.
- Coordinate curriculum and clinical experiences across IRSC campuses.
