The role involves supervising staff, conducting orientations, and developing materials and assessments to improve productivity and career development. Ideal candidates will have an RN license in Michigan, 3+ years of nursing, supervisory experience in long-term care, and strong MS Office and Medline software skills.

Formación

• Licensed by the Michigan Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.
• 2+ years in a healthcare-related environment, preferably long term care.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills.
• Customer service oriented approach.
• Probationary period completion for Staffing and Development Coordinator.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and monitor nursing training programs.
• Supervise nursing training for staff.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new staff.
• Create training materials and multimedia presentations.
• Develop testing and evaluation processes.
• Manage training budget and resources.
• Provide leadership development education.
• Coordinate across divisions and maintain cross-functional relationships.
