The ideal candidate holds a Master of Nursing with RN licensure in New Jersey and BLS, with ACLS/NALS/PALS for specialty courses. This on-site position involves collaboration with faculty and clinical staff to foster student growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience preferred, not required; 3+ years’ experience as an RN.
• Master of Nursing degree required; Master of Nursing Education, EdD, PhD or DNP preferred.
• RN licensure in the state of New Jersey required; BLS required; ACLS, NALS, PALS required for specialty courses.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning experiences (classroom, clinical, Virtual, and Brick and Mortar).
• Provides student guidance and promotes total programs while demonstrating professionalism and self-development.
• Facilitates learning environments in classroom, lab, and clinical settings using evidence-based teaching strategies.
• Engages in self-reflection, ongoing learning, and collaboration with faculty and clinical personnel.
• Uses assessment strategies to evaluate student learning across cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains.
