Job summary

South Florida State College is seeking a full-time 11-month faculty member to teach in the Nursing Education department. Alternate hours and clinical rotations, including nights and weekends, may be required to accommodate the program.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with a Master’s preferred, and a Florida RN license. Two years of post-secondary teaching experience and distance learning familiarity are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution required.
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Two years of post-secondary teaching and distance learning experience strongly preferred; six weeks in last five years required.
• Must possess (or obtain prior to employment) a current Florida RN license.
