Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing is required.
- Current or eligible state RN license required.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical RN experience.
- Experience teaching in a pre-licensure nursing program preferred.
- Professional development in teaching and learning principles (CE hours, certificate, education coursework, or certification) required.
Responsibilities
- Teaches and facilitates student learning in clinical settings; online or face-to-face.
- Builds degree programs with coherent courses aligning knowledge and skills.
- Develops knowledge of pedagogy and supports scholarship activities.
- Contributes to College and community improvement through service.
