Galen College of Nursing is seeking a Nursing Faculty member to educate and mentor the next generation of nurses. The role involves facilitating learning, applying assessment strategies, and participating in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.

You will assess outcomes, lead program quality improvement, and contribute to scholarship and leadership within a collaborative, student-focused environment.

Formación

• Requires RN licensure in applicable state as per State Board of Nursing.
• MSN degree required; master’s education preferred for educator role.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate learning and learner development in classroom and clinical settings.
• Use assessment and evaluation strategies to measure outcomes.
• Participate in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Evaluate program outcomes and contribute to ongoing program improvement.
• Lead and model professional practice in line with state and accrediting standards.
• Engage in scholarship, leadership, and change agency within the college.
• Support students to prepare for contemporary nursing practice.
