Northwestern State University College of Nursing and School of Allied Health seeks a 12-month full-time faculty member for the Associate/Bachelor of Science nursing programs in Shreveport or off-campus instructional site. Academic rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualificações

• Master's in Nursing required; Doctorate preferred for Associate Professor rank.
• Eligible for membership on undergraduate and graduate faculty.
• Unencumbered RN or APRN licensure in Louisiana or eligible for licensure.
• At least three years of clinical nursing experience.
• At least three years of nurse educator experience; three+ preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform faculty responsibilities in a large nursing education department on the Shreveport Campus.
• Assist with program expansion in Natchitoches and surrounding areas.
• Teach all classes to promote academic excellence.
• Provide instruction in areas of expertise and evaluate student learning.
