Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing Education preferred.
• Two years of clinical/leadership/education experience in nursing required.
• Five years in acute pediatric nursing PD role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design educational activities to improve professional practice and patient care.
• Assess knowledge, skill, and practice gaps at macrosystem level.
• Plan interventions using learning theories and evaluate cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for nursing staff.
• Promote research, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement in patient care.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to plan and decision-making for education.
