Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN or doctoral degree preferred.
• MSN or doctoral degree is required to teach in a high school pathway program.
• Minimum of two years of direct patient care nursing experience required; teaching experience preferred.
• Unencumbered Arkansas or compact state nursing license
• Current BLS is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality education to nursing students through content development and delivery.
• Deliver clinical instruction and mentor/advise students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance; contribute to program improvement.
