Skilled Nursing of Central Illinois is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team at our Central Illinois facility. You will provide strategic direction and oversee clinical operations to ensure high-quality resident care.

The role requires an active RN license and prior leadership experience. You will develop nursing policies, manage budgets, recruit and develop staff, and collaborate with the QA team to enhance care quality in a compliant, supportive environment.

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to our nursing staff, aligning with the facility's mission and goals.
• Oversee the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Foster a culture of quality care, teamwork, and continuous improvement among nursing staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with other quality assurance team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing programs and services, making data-driven decisions to improve resident care and outcomes.
• Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal resident care.
• Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to meet the facility's needs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
