Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
- At least one year of nursing-supervision experience in the preceding five years.
- At least two years of clinical experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, rehabilitation, or related setting.
- Current, active RN license in California.
Responsibilities
- Direct nursing services to ensure resident care meets highest standards.
- Oversee staff scheduling, competency validation, and staffing requirements.
- Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities.
- Coordinate infection prevention and antibiotic stewardship with the team.
- Lead interdisciplinary care conferences and family communications.
