Qualifications

• Current RN license in California
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to the nursing staff, setting clear expectations, and fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safe, effective, patient-centered care per policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing practices and outcomes to drive quality improvements.
• Develop professional development plans for nursing staff and encourage ongoing training.
• Stay updated on federal, state, and local regulations impacting nursing practices and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care plans and outcomes.
• Participate in budget development and monitor nursing-related expenditures.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and address issues promptly.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring rights, dignity, and effective communication with families and staff.
