Care Network in Flowery Branch, GA is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the Nursing Services Department. The DON will ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines and direct operations to maintain the highest quality of care for residents.

The ideal candidate is a Georgia-licensed RN with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, able to collaborate with administrators and medical leadership while fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Georgia.
• Experience leading nursing teams and managing performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communication with residents, families and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct the Nursing Services Department in accordance with federal/state/local standards.
• Ensure high quality care and regulatory compliance across the facility.
