Bowling Green Manor is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department and uphold resident care standards in Bowling Green, Ohio. The role focuses on directing staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high-quality clinical services.

The successful candidate will manage staffing, oversee regulatory adherence, and promote professional development within a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse with the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates resident care through departmental and staff committee meetings.
• Ensures staffing meets State and Federal requirements.
• Guides nursing department in adherence to all state and federal regulations.
• Evaluates and disciplines nursing personnel according to policy.
• Supervises nursing and medical treatments and related services.
• Participates in QA process.
• Ensures availability of nursing supplies and equipment.
• Maintains own professional competence.
• Verifies nursing personnel hold valid licenses as required by the State.
