Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks an experienced nursing leader to direct a service line, working with the Chief Nursing Officer to achieve patient care and financial goals. You will oversee staffing, budget, and process improvements while driving professional development and clinical program goals.

Responsibilities include budget management, staff hiring and coaching, patient safety participation, and collaboration with physicians to meet clinical and service objectives.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited institution; degree will be verified.
• Current RN license in state of practice; compact licenses transfer within 60 days.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Leadership/supervisory experience.
• 3 years of management and 2 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Champions efficient, safe nursing care aligned with practice standards.
• Facilitates collaborative decisions and keeps staff updated at executive level.
• Assists with development and management of budgets and capital/operating resources.
• Models professionalism and promotes staff engagement and retention.
• Ensures staffing levels meet patient care needs and conducts staff development.
