Job summary

Tenet Healthcare’s Mission Trail Baptist Hospital is seeking a results-driven healthcare leader to plan, organize, and direct resources for one to two departments on a 24-hour basis. You will oversee budgets, staff performance, and service quality to achieve optimal patient outcomes and operational success.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, Texas RN licensure, and 5 years in relevant disciplines with management experience preferred; a Master’s in Nursing or related field is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Business or related field is preferred.
• Texas State License for Registered Nurse is required or eligible.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in discipline or specialty; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage annual department operating and capital budgets.
• Direct daily operations of assigned department(s) and staff.
• Recruit, develop, coach and evaluate staff; ensure competency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and quality initiatives.
• Promote patient-centered care and service excellence across departments.
