Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support required.
• MSN or healthcare/management master’s degree preferred if BSN; otherwise MSN required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience and 5 years of leadership experience.
• Certification in area of specialty or within 2 years of hire.
• BLS or other certifications appropriate for area.

Responsibilities

• Provide inter-professional leadership for quality care.
• Lead defined patient care services and hospital services.
• Ensure governance, collaboration and effective communication across teams.
• Maintain adequate human and fiscal resources to ensure safe, quality care.
