Job summary

Brown Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced nursing leader to supervise the Nursing Services department and ensure high-quality patient care across our centers in Georgia. The role requires strong supervisory skills, budgeting, and collaboration with physicians and staff to implement care plans.

You will direct patient care operations, monitor regulatory compliance, and mentor a team of managers and nurses.

Qualifications

• RN nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong supervisory and leadership experience in healthcare.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Directs, evaluates, and supervises patient care and initiates corrective action as necessary.
• Assesses patient care needs and develops individualized plans of patient care.
• Monitors physician services and documentation in accordance with regulations.
• Maintains knowledge of licensure standards and survey processes.
• Prepares annual budget for the nursing department and ensures resource availability.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
