Good Samaritan Society is seeking a Nursing Administrator to oversee the nursing program in a long-term care facility in Bloomfield, NE. The role ensures resident care standards, regulatory compliance, and staff performance, with oversight across clinical, operational and managerial activities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in nursing (preferred), an unencumbered RN license, and at least five years of nursing experience. Sign-on bonus of $25,000 and relocation available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, but not required.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA.
• For Rural Health Network facilities and Good Samaritan Society locations, leadership may consider an educational plan to achieve a Bachelor's degree within five years.
• Five years nursing experience required.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Administers the nursing program in a long term care facility to maintain standards of resident care.
• Leads day-to-day operations of the facility and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Directs staff, monitors operations, and aligns nursing services with organizational goals.
• Assists in development and implementation of marketing activities and community events.
