Good Samaritan Society in Saint Ansgar, IA is seeking a qualified Nursing Administrator to oversee the long-term care facility nursing program, ensure high-quality resident care, and coordinate clinical, operational and managerial activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, an active RN license, and at least five years of nursing experience; leadership experience is preferred to guide staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in program development and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Five years nursing experience required.
• Leadership may consider educational plans for those pursuing BSN within five years for certain facilities.
• Current unencumbered RN license and state licensure requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Administers the nursing program in the long-term care facility to maintain standards of resident care.
• Leads day-to-day operations of the nursing department and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Develops and implements clinical programs, policies, and protocols.
