The Director of Nursing is a full-time on-site role located in Fallsington, PA. The responsibilities include overseeing nursing operations, managing staff, implementing effective infection control protocols, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and contributing to long-term care strategy. The Director will lead nursing teams, uphold clinical standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care. Additionally, the role involves supervising patient assessments and ensuring high-quality nursing practices.
