Qualifications

• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisor/manager experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing department operations and staffing in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee Plan of Care development and documentation for residents.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor and control nursing budgets, resources, and enrollment.
• Lead infection control and quality improvement initiatives.
• Rotate on-call leadership and participate in audits/surveys.
