Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; at least 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates total care plans for residents per physician orders and regulations.
• Interprets policies to nursing staff and monitors practice and implementation.
• Participates in admissions decisions and may visit prospective residents.
• Attends daily and weekly management meetings to discuss resident status and concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
