Focused Post Acute Care Partners is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the Clinical Services department in Center, Texas. The role oversees staffing, training, payroll validation, care planning, and quality assessment to ensure high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds a current Texas RN license, with preferred Bachelor’s degree and prior nurse management experience in long-term care, to drive staff development and implement policies in collaboration with physicians and nursing

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in the state of Texas.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Prior nurse management experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee staffing schedules for the department.
• Plan and schedule timely in-service trainings as needed.
• Approve and validate payroll for the clinical department prior to submission.
• Develop and implement resident care plans in coordination with physicians and nursing staff.
• Assess quality of care rendered.
• Develop policies and procedures governing nursing services.
