Job summary
Meadowbrook Village Christian Retirement Community in Escondido, CA seeks a Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care by overseeing daily nursing operations. The DON will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and promote teamwork.

Qualifications
- Must be licensed in California as an RN.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing supervision within the last five years.
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience in SNF or related field.
- Current CPR training.
- Fingerprint background check (DOJLivescan) required.
- Health screening, TB test and drug test required.
- Proficient with Word/Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct and monitor delivery of care and ensure quality nursing services.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Lead risk management and loss control initiatives.
- Oversee staff management and professional development.
- Maintain relations with residents, families, and staff.
- Support ongoing professional development and training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
