The Overlook at Rowan is seeking a NC-licensed RN to serve as Director of Nursing, guiding the clinical team toward high standards of care in a patient-centered environment.

This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to excellence. You will build a collaborative culture, ensure survey readiness, and mentor frontline staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Competenze

• Current North Carolina RN license in good standing.
• Previous successful Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations, survey process, infection control, staffing, and quality measures.
• Proven ability to lead clinical teams, drive accountability, and improve performance.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead tough conversations clearly and professionally.
