Job summary

Elegance Living seeks a skilled nurse leader to oversee the wellness department in our community. The role centers on coordinating care, guiding the care team, and ensuring resident safety and high-quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other partners, conduct assessments, approve care plans, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Clinical health experience is a plus.
• 1+ year in home health, assisted living, memory support, or long-term care preferred.
• 1+ years of nursing management experience including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
• Academic degree in related field may be accepted as allowed by state regulations.
• Strong communication, computer, community relations, and personnel skills.
• Commitment to a holistic approach to health, safety, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the wellness department and coordinate care to promote residents’ quality of life.
• Direct management of the care team and medication providers as allowed by state law to promote resident health.
• Oversee resident assessments, ISPs, and care plan implementation; evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and ancillary partners to coordinate care.
• Lead care quality and process-improvement initiatives within the community.
