Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking an experienced RN to support the Director of Nursing at Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Duval in Austin, TX. This full-time role focuses on ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

You will help coordinate nursing services, plan staffing, mentor staff, communicate with physicians and families, and participate in the facility's quality assurance program.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an RN program at an accredited school.
• Must hold current Texas RN licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in skilled nursing facilities.
• Preferred: Current RUG certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care and well-being.
• Plan and direct day-to-day nursing department operations.
• Coordinate with physicians and families on resident care issues.
• Assist in staffing determinations, recruitment, and training of nursing personnel.
• Participate in the facility's quality assurance program and regulatory compliance.
