Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing services, supervise staff, and direct clinical operations across the department. You may assume charge responsibilities when the Administrator/Housing Director is absent, driving high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Requirements include active RN licensure, 2+ years RN experience with LTC/home care exposure, and strong decision-making and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure in good standing is required.
• Minimum two years RN experience with at least one year in long-term care or related area.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical leadership for nursing staff to promote high-quality care.
• Develop, monitor and implement the nursing department budget for appropriate resources.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in the nursing department and act as liaison with groups and providers.
