Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - East Campus is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, manage schedules, and coordinate supplies across departments. This leadership role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to drive departmental performance in a busy hospital setting.

Ideal candidates will have an academic nursing degree (bachelor or master) and a master’s in health administration or related field, plus 2 years of hospital management experience

Qualifications

• Education: Academic degree in nursing required (bachelor's or master's). Master's degree in Nursing or related field required (health administration, business, public health, or management).
• Experience: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.
• Certifications: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. AHA BLS.
