Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks an experienced nursing leader to oversee patient care on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ideal candidates hold an academic nursing degree and have at least 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting, with current licensure and standard emergency

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to staff in the absence of the Manager and/or Director or designee.
• Collaborates with all disciplines in the coordination of quality patient care and ensures timely patient throughput.
• Ensures schedules meet unit needs and minimizes reliance on agency personnel.
• Monitors licensure/certifications renewals and supports policy adherence.
