BrightStar Care seeks an experienced Director of Nursing to lead clinical services across our North Houston home care operations. You will guide nursing staff, oversee admissions, and ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring the infusion team and CNAs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Leadership experience in home health or healthcare setting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting home care.

Responsibilities

• As Director of Nursing, oversee clinical services for private duty care, skilled nursing, and home infusion clients.
• Conduct patient admission assessments and provide clinical oversight.
• Mentor and support the RN infusion team; supervise nursing and CNA field staff.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations; drive quality outcomes.
• Perform clinical record reviews, supervisory visits, and caregiver training for new start-ups.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and provide ongoing education to clinical staff.
• Collaborate with office leadership to ensure operational success and accountability.
