Responsibilities

• Develop and update nursing policies and procedures to meet state and federal regulations.
• Oversee care plans for all residents and monitor care quality with nursing staff.
• Develop unit budgets and manage medical supplies and labor costs.
• Coordinate with state surveys and ensure readiness for inspections and audits.
• Act as resident advocate and liaise between staff, physicians, residents, and families.
