Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Director of Nursing for Monticello Healthcare. In this leadership role, you will oversee the nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and manage administrative and regulatory responsibilities on-site in Monticello, Indiana.

The ideal candidate holds an Indiana Registered Nurse license, has at least three years of geriatric clinical experience, and a minimum of one year in a department management role within a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Indiana RN license.
• Minimum of three years’ geriatric clinical experience.
• Minimum of one year as a departmental manager in skilled nursing.
• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, family, customers and staff.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
