Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Director of Nursing for Monticello Healthcare. In this leadership role, you will oversee the nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and manage administrative and regulatory responsibilities on-site in Monticello, Indiana.

The ideal candidate holds an Indiana Registered Nurse license, has at least three years of geriatric clinical experience, and a minimum of one year in a department management role within a skilled nursing setting.

DNS - Registered Nurse

The Director of Nursing plays a key leadership role in the delivery of clinical services. The Director of Nursing oversees the nursing staff, ensures quality patient care, and manages administrative and regulatory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Minimum of three years’ clinical experience in geriatric care coupled with a minimum of one year experience as a departmental manager in the skilled nursing setting.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Must be able to work varying hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
