Job summary

This role requires an Indiana RN license, a minimum of three years in geriatric care, and at least one year as a department manager in skilled nursing.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in geriatric care.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a departmental manager in skilled nursing.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, families, customers and staff.
