Qualifications

• Valid permanent Oklahoma RN license (approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing) with four years of professional nursing experience, two in supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with three years of professional nursing experience, two in supervision.
• Master’s degree with two years of supervisory nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct health services for an assigned program, unit, facility, hospital or geographical area.
• Mentor, motivate and direct staff; develop and monitor quality indicators; ensure resources for quality care.
• Develop long-range plans for health care programs; interpret and communicate policies and procedures; implement procedures for efficient delivery of health services.
• Receive and evaluate reports; coordinate quality improvement activities related to care, equipment and safety.
• Develop budget estimates; monitor expenditures to ensure budget compliance and efficient service delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
