Job summary

West Boca Medical Center is seeking an Administrative Director for the Department of Emergency Services and Satellite ED. You will evaluate and coordinate care across the continuum, ensuring quality patient care with appropriate resources, staff, equipment, and budget.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Nursing with 5+ years of nursing experience and 1 year of management, plus an active Florida RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing;Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing.
• Five (5) years nursing experience; One (1) year management experience.
• Current Florida RN license; BLS, ACLS, PALS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Department of Emergency Services and Satellite ED.
• Coordinate services across the continuum and ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with hospital services and departments; manage resources, staff, equipment, and budget.

Job Shift: Days

Job Type: Full Time

Serves as an Administrative Director over Department of Emergency Services and Satellite Emergency Department. Evaluates and coordinates services and care across the continuum. Collaborates with appropriate hospital services and departments. Ensures that quality patient care is delivered on a continuous basis through utilization of appropriate resources, staff, equipment, and budget.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing.
Preferred: Master's degree in nursing

Minimum Experience:
Five (5) years nursing experience · One (1) year management experience

License/Certifications
Current Florida RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS
