• Collaborate with Administrator and Medical Director to ensure care quality.
• Ability to organize operations and direct nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all nursing personnel.
• Guide staffing procedures and scheduling.
• Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department.
• Develop and enforce policies for compliance and quality standards.
• Oversee budgeting and expenditures for the nursing service.
