Job summary
The State of Oklahoma's OCCIC—Oklahoma County Crisis Intervention Center in Oklahoma City—seeks a Director of Nursing to lead and support our nursing staff across shifts, ensuring high-quality care for individuals in crisis. The role requires strategic oversight, coaching of RNs and LPNs, and flexible coverage including weekends.
Qualified applicants will hold an RN license in Oklahoma (or eNLC recognition) and have substantial supervisory experience.
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma RN license or RN license recognized by eNLC.
- Four years of professional nursing experience, including two years in a supervisory role, plus an additional year in a managerial or consultative capacity.
- BSN with three years of professional nursing experience, including two years in a supervisory role, plus an additional year in managerial or consultative capacity.
- MSN with two years of professional nursing experience in a supervisory role, plus an additional year in a managerial or consultative capacity.
