Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System seeks an experienced nursing leader to drive clinical strategy and operational execution. You will oversee the nursing workforce, partner with clinical leadership to optimize patient care quality, experience, outcomes and efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance across MSaH.

With 5+ years in acute nursing and 3+ years managing direct reports, you will mentor staff, shape workflows, and monitor KPIs while collaborating with regional partners to deliver high-value

Qualifications

• RN licensure in New York with current registration.
• BSN or ADN nursing degree; BSN preferred as per listing.
• 5+ years acute nursing experience.
• 3+ years managing direct reports.
• Experience interacting with leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor clinical leaders; oversee local nurses and MSaH performance
• Develop and present clinical strategies; partner with MSaH leadership
• Manage and lead direct reports to adopt standard workflows and KPI
• Build relationships across MSaH and partners
• Analyze results and implement course corrections
• Own regional clinical and financial results
• Ensure regulatory and clinical compliance
• Coach and develop staff
• May perform other duties as assigned
